Objective: describe a pandemic by using the 1918 Flu as supporting evidence.

 

  1. Do NOW:
    Define the following vocabulary words: Pathogen, Epidemic, Pandemic
    Definir las siguientes palabras de vocabulario: Patógenos, Epidemia, pandemia
  2. Students will watch Epidemic vs Pandemic Video. (Take notes on the comparison for their storyboard.)
  3. Students will create a storyboard illustrating the steps of a pandemic following the Pandemic Storyboard Instructions

Discovery Education Quiz on Epidemics vs. Pandemics.  Closes Wednesday 2/3

Study for Microbes Midterm- Thursday 2/4!
